Application, dead-lines and cost

You apply for participation by downloading the application form, which is in Word format, here: Application_2006.doc  (Please save this document on your own computer first, before editing it).

You send the completed form by e-mail to Kjell Andersson.

There are still are a few places open and we now have an open call until the school is fully booked. We thus need your application ASAP. Instructions for payment will follow with confirmation on participation.

The full cost for participation in the Summer School is SEK 13 740 (currently equivalent to approximately 1.880 USD). Students pay SEK 10 740 (approx. 1 470 USD). This includes hotel room for five nights with meals (SEK 7 740) and registration fee (SEK 6 000, SEK 3 000 for students). Participants enrolling in the Creighton University Summer Session course "Science, Media and Risk," earning 3 semester credit hours, will pay a fee of 333 USD in addition to SEK 10 740 for the academic credit.
